Actually, OUTCODE is lying. He wants to be friends but his past... If they knew that past, they won't forgive him... so he pretends to be ENEMY, not friend.

He didn't want to attack insans, he just wants to pretend. His attack actually has no harm to insans. Just... insans can't move...

And also insans can't hack his code! OUTCODE has code but can't read his code. So insans can't hack his code because he can't read it.

Is Outcode sans (ErrorGlitch sans) villain?

Outcode sans isn’t actually a villain, he just wants to lie that he is a villain.

So he would attack someone, but he doesn’t kill them.

He thinks He have to disappear, so he tries to be a villain, but he couldn’t do that because he felt pain for hurting people.

He just wants to disappear... to be gone. because everyone says he is a villain for this world. and world is ejecting him....

He doesn’t want to hurt others anymore....
