Something about how I characterize errorink in my head is that they don't actually get together in the end, they're a pining relationship that never actually stops pining for the other and I think that goes well for both them

Both of them in there own ways don't understand other people's emotions but in their own way. Error being someone who simply doesn't care to know, he acts on him impulses and voices. Ink on the other hand does care, he has many thing he loves but he lacks a real mental understanding of everything considering he's lifeless, and his ignorance to anything around him keep it like that

Those impulses are what cause anything to function between them

To Error, Ink was the ideal soul at some point his anger and annoyance turning more to an obsession over him, always wanting to observe and take control of the other mayhaps seeing him more as a thing-person. Error has an understanding that Ink is real but his mind almost has trouble wrapping around that, not because Ink is soulless but because of his owned warped version of the other that developed from his obsession

Ink see's Error as a fun experience he refuses to let go (not really like Error would let him). Ink can find himself being able to compare himself to Error constantly and in own way finding himself possessive in a similar manner. Although not possessive over what Error does he is possessive of his attention. Always wanting to be near him constantly

They can admit what they feel is far from platonic but that's it, their feelings are admitted and they stay of an infinite of pinning over their own obsessions of one another
