Been tooling around with the beta figma template provided by identeca.bsky.social for the last week. Had to make some new assets, but I finally finished at least one infograph I wanted to make! Really excited for a template like this to go public! I found the timeline template especially useful.
For Ertakar, a sign that a child has reached adulthood is by the act of killing certain prey animal all on their own. But in Talon's case, that type of criteria is not the best marker for determining if she's an adult, or not. (her mother IS very proud of her, but also very worried)
For my birthday in my discord server I held a call where anyone could request one of their characters be drawn as my species, Ertakar, and this was the result of the stream.

Messing around to make sure everything with the tablet feels right on the new computer. Realized I hadn't put Erta Talon in armor, yet.
Made some changes to Talon's reference sheets, some major, some minor, along with little adjustments to texts and placements for better read-ability (hopefully)

I feel so silly that I haven't thought of this before. But I was thinking about clothing to accommodate Ertakar wings again and suddenly it hit me: They could use strong magnets in the clothes if they really wanted something 'bound' where the membrane is. Is it perfect? no. Can it get knocked off? yes. Does it have to work around different types of membrane thickness? yes. But if the point is just for fashionable options, It's a perfectly serviceable choice.
*makes something before January ends* working on more side/minor characters. Brain has said Journalist for this so we'll see how that pans out
