"There's no way Satoru would start a serious relationship in one hundred years." and he actually gets offended bc they're making fun of him and his pride's on the line so he goes "no she's actually my gf". Uta becomes a blushing mess and she wants to scream "NO Gojo you idiot!" but Gojo gives her that pleading look like "pls play along there's a reason why I haven't visited em for years and I just want to take this tool that we need so pls don't make a scene I'll make it up to you I promise" so she just lets a deep sigh and gives him a side hug. His family CHEERS like they're already expecting grandchildren, Gojo's facepalming and wants to get outta here but Uta loves how annoyed he gets so she initiates the next weekend's family dinner and Gojo looks absolutely mortified (not bc of her playing along but bc spending more time with his family terrifies him). 😂 Uta became a family member as a joke but now it's not a joke anymore.

from that point things get more complicated for him. the more he spends time with her the bigger his crush on her gets and soon enough he falls in love with her. so now he uselessly pines after her while uta and geto fuck each other every other week. 😗
