1. are they associated with a certain color? what color do they wear the most?

Amcarin is always blue, Luka is always orange, Eryna is always red and Maari is always green. old drawings below

as for the colors they wear...? man i wish i had a character sheet for all of them. i'll focus on amcarin instead.

typically, the LAME/the scholars all follow this scheme. their primary colors is their main color in the outfit, then tertiary and secondary color touches come from their complimentary color and then another color. Amcarin has touches of Luka's colors and Eryna's, Maari has green colors first, then touches of green

exhibit a, they're old designs but like, i always followed that rule sorta

3. weapon of choice? any particular reason they chose their weapon?

they don't need weapons in the traditional sense. there's a power system at work here but in the big lines. the answer is no! they each have specific talents. amcarin conjures, luka brings life and mechanisms to object, eryna digests using the monster in her stomach, and maari uses hypnotic perfumes with her monster powers.

then there are monsters and phenomenon but that's for another day.

are they associated with any particular element (air, earth, fire, water)?

nope! well, i have thought of their pokemon typings, but they don't abide by any typical elements. Luka is Bug/Fighting, Maari is Psychic, Eryna is Dragon/Poison, and Amcarin is Dark/Steel. something like tha? open to changes. do they smell like anything notable?

Luka canonically smells either like nothing, wood, or like sweat. Amcarin smells like oil, a bit like burnt metal. Maari notoriously always smells good, like varying perfumes, Oud, floral, etc. Eryna smells like lavender-scented disinfectant.

- what are their eating habits like

Luka needs to either eat with someone or watch/play something while eating. Amcarin would eat alone on lunch breaks. except when he's with Luka. Maari doesn't eat much in front of others and vanishes when it's time to eat. if she is spotted eating, she's eating pomegranates, radishes, tomatoes, red foods. explicitly red vegetables and fruits. she's vegan. except when she needs to eat someone. Eryna eats about anything messily.

- do any of them like making things (arts/crafts/music/food/ect)

Luka is an architect so that's his job! same for Amcarin who's an engineer. i mentioned before that Luka played the bass as a hobby, and plays covers for Maari and Eryna at times. Maari plays the piano all the time when she's not making perfumes from scratch as a hobby. She's a psychologist but she used to study chemistry. Eryna does not have any hobbies. Her parents (and her grandmother monster) forced her to study medicine and she cannot stray from that path, unless she feels immense pain.

- what's the most effective bargaining chip on them (the thing they'll do stuff within reason for)

if you tell Eryna that there's a way for her to follow her dreams or to tame the monster in her stomach, to finally emancipate herself, she'd do about anything. Luka's bargaining chip is his family, especially his mother, to whom he does anything for. Maari and Amcarin lost most things they had, so they can't really be coerced easily. Maari the least. Amcarin would do anything to protect his friends or keep them safe however. also, if it's to improve the lives of poor people, Amcarin would drop almost anything and help. He may be a serious lying bastard but he's much more empathetic than he lets on. One reason among many why Luka fell in love with him.

oki! i'm just gonna pick all of 4 of the main ones. The LAME quatuor i like to call them.

i'll start with the easiest!

do they have any habits that aren't particularly self-destructive, just maybe odd?

a long time ago, i made a video game with these ocs in them. and they had a trend. Amcarin would always lie, Luka would always joke around make light of a situation, Maari would always say the truth while Eryna would deflect and be confusing. here's a schema.

this method is mostly pivotal to how i write about them. it makes for great dialogue.

what sort of music would they like? have you thought about what genres or bands do they lean towards? do they have a favorite song?

genuinely had no clue for all 4 of them... thanks for asking! Eryna i think is much easier to peg. she's the kind of girl that listens to anything and she means it. from brown noises to video game ost to orchestral arrangements... but the thing is that she's actually mostly amazed by covers. if there's a cover of anything, she'll always enjoy listening to it. she's focused on them somehow (to make something that isn't yours your own is something she subconsciously finds inspiring)

Maari's tastes in music aren't her own. she reflexively plays piano arrangements that only her body remembers but she doesn't. songs with their sole focus being the piano. but recently she's been really into vocaloids and cosplaying so she's been putting her all into absorbing everything about that interest, down to the minute detail.

Amcarin's a lover of jazz, blues, any song he can sing to. he's a singer at heart.

favorite food? least favorite? are they a picky eater? do they have any dietary restrictions?

Maari: blood. she can pretend to be able to eat anything but not for long, at some point she needs to eat something alive. she manages to get some blood on the DL. Eryna: she enjoys eating things full of minerals. coins, rocks, metals, things that help with her digestion since her stomach's a monster. Amcarin: only eats the same sandwich and comfort food most of the time. he has a horrible diet. his fast metabolism also doesn't help with digestion. Luka: meal prep, chicken and rice, follows a strict diet for proper muscle gain, tries to get Amkie to follow but he won't. Loves to cook anyways. (lukarin for life)

how long have they been around? do you know their birthday? is their birthday the day you made them or another day? what do they think of celebrating birthdays?

technically all 4 of them have been around since i was like...... 12?

amcarin being one of my first ocs, but he was (GOD FORBID) white before and his name was Alexander (in lore, he was born with that name but changed it after the mojanese earthquake incident that led to the fall of the Mojan royalty, and also led to him fleeing the country). After that, Luka came, then Maari (who used to be a guy) and Eryna.

all 4 of them should be born in 1860s so technically...? i think Amcarin would be a December 1860 baby to me. (winter, so 21st of December?) Luka would be born in May 1861 perhaps. (spring)

then in that case Maari is september 22nd 1860 (fall) but the day she acquired her body is not the same. and Eryna is June 24th 1861 probably.... Amcarin doesn't celebrate his bday. not because he doesn't want to but he never paired his bday with a positive memory. Luka changes that. Luka looooves celebrating his bday and makes it a big deal, inviting people over, making big parties, etc

Eryna celebrates it lowkey between girl friends, and Maari doesn't have anyone to invite so she celebrates it at work and her coworkers congratulate her. Eryna changes that and makes that experience one of a lifetime for Maari, because she wants to give Maari the world.
