Aluminum TIG welding practice: Still playing with the #esabrebel 205ic AC/DC. Shout out to @esab_jason for helping me navigate some things, and to @2bitwirejockey kevin, for making it happen, and to those of you who dm'd me some personal welding tips 👍. Most of you are saying it looks cold, even though its melting through, full pen. So I think I'll try a little less hz and less filler, more amps and speed up. 🤞 as per usual, I'm open to constructive criticism 😁 most of what I've done in my work so far has been mig and stick welding mild steel, and tig welding stainless but mostly hidden plug welds, or joints that have been ground off. Brazing a bit on brass and copper. Theres a couple aluminum jpbs coming up that need some gorgeous beauty beads on outside corners and fillets, so I'll take all the help I can get 😁 Cheers everyone!
