Det blir alltid värre framåt natten / But it always gets worse towards the night Långt från alla ljusen, alla skratten / Far away from all the lights and all the laughter Ligger vaken, tänker på dig / I lie awake, thinking about you Minns för mycket och är ensam / Remembering too much, feeling lonely [x]

Jahn Teigen, Norway's grandfather of hard rock and prog rock and three-time Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) representative, passes away at age 70
Teigen finished 9th in 1983 and 12th with his then wife Anita Skorgan in 1982, but it his performance at the 1978 ESC that he will always be remembered for
"Mil etter mil" placed 20th with 0 points, which made him the first artist to score 'nul points' (zero points) under the 12-1 voting system that is still in place today and his performance even inspired a book, 'Nul points' by Tim Moore
The infamous result proved fruitful as Jahn Teigen became famous outside Norway and "Mil etter mil" became a big hit in the Scandinavian country
Over a long career which expanded five decades, the singer, musician and comedian entertained millions not just in Norway but across Europe, in part due to his three appearances in the Eurovision Song Contest
Participating just once at the Eurovision Song Contest wasn't enough for Jahn. He tried his luck again in 1982 in Harrogate where he performed "Adieu", together with Anita Skorgan. The duo received 40 points and ended up in 12th place
A year later, he participated again as a solo artist during the Eurovision Song Contest 1983 in Munich, where he reached his best placement of all 3 participations: Jahn made the top 10 with the song "Do Re Mi", receiving 53 points
