Dimension 20: escape from the bloodkeep for #moviemonday I'm on episode 2 so this is probably going to be short 😅 There's the bad guys who serve the Lord of Shadows, and the eve of the final battle in the war between good and bad has arrived. A wet elf with daddy issues, a spider lady with attachment issues, a beast man with monsters, a dead knight who's a people pleaser, a demon lady without a ring, and a pirate without gold are the shadow lord's most trusted lieutenants. They're the only ones there when the Lord of Shadows carks it in an explosion of flames and cursing. Also, Lord of Shadows is a weird name for a guy made out of flames but 🤷 Now that their boss is dead, these six villains need to work out how to defeat the forces of good on their own. Parodied off The Lord of the Rings, this brings up a lot of interesting points, and has some direct lines played in a very different way. Also, communicating about the thing that could kill your is probably a good thing for those around you. (True for both games and real life.) 😂 It's great watching Matthew Mercer play rather than DM.
