Totem animal art I don't think I've posted here!
I have Co-Chief totems, but I haven't drawn the other one (a Panther) in a while - I'll post her whenever I get to that. C:
Until then, have Nicolai (Co-chief Totem #1, Fennec Kitsune), Celeste (Eastern Dragon), My Tiger totems (they're a fused pair - their colors shift back and forth, hence the appearance) and Esfir/Essie (Lynx)!
I spent an entire day on this and i feel you can tell based off how some bits are rushed. I wanted to make this before i play the update and learn whats gonna happen to capitano. Ive been struggling with what may or may not happen to this set of pixels and this is me using my oc i tied heavily to him as a means to almost tell myself its ok. (Under is ranting but no spoilers or leaks) ANYWAYS HAPPY NEW YEARS ^^
"You really know how to get me going!"
Commission for CrayonSoup of her pretty borzoi anthro Esfir :)
Y'all know that one sword spin-y move from the beginning of the 2003 film Sinbad
You know what? Fuck it, let's show tumblr something I drew.
Here's a lore dump:
Esfir Knyazer, daughter of a noble family of mages. A mage is an individual born with their talent in magic. They are naturally gifted in the area. Magic, was a power often coveted and sought for by envious souls. Dragons, a dying race. A deal would be struck by human and dragon, where the dragon's kind would manifest itself within individuals in exchange for the magical talent. This pact would extend to every descendant born from the human. This method of obtaining magic abilities was seen as taboo and unnatural. It gave an unfair power advantage to a family under such a pact. Families new found pride to be called a mage would soon be suppressed and discriminated; the pact becoming a family secret.
-
I don't know why Esfir's story would be, but she would be a villain. A school bully with an unrelenting loyalty. (To her family? To her teacher? To herself? Who knows) She has a sharp tongue, a keen mind, and can read you like a book. Her reputation plummets when her secret is out, (maybe her family disowns her?) But that won't stop her from achieving her goal. (What goal? I don't know.)
Its a classic trope, but I like it.
I’m tryin’ to learn how to draw charr so I stole @addakax‘s Shuck for a cute pic with my gal Esfir
