Eshadi is! When doing magic bs it’s always helpful to have some knowledge about the current star/moon/planet positions(tm) and what not.

Hester is too, because Hester is into all that stuff.

Starla is into the kind of astrology you read in the day’s newspaper where you see your weekly horoscope and shit like that. She’s not overly serious, but humanstuck her would absolutely mutter under her breath about her friends doing typical dumb things typical for their signs pfth.

explain Eshadi and their wish power just a tad? because that does sound pretty interesting, just saying!

I’m just gonna copy from their profile bc I dunno if I can explain it any better than I already have!

Power: Can fulfill wishes with certain limitation. Also basic levitation/telekinesis and minor illusions. (Nothing to brag with, floating a bit, picking things down from shelves, party tricks, think cantrips). A knack for magic and stuff, but all that’s self taught and not a psionic power in itself.

Eshadi’s powers is technically the power to bend reality by working as a vessel for others wills. Thus, when someone speak a wish, they can a lot of the time fulfill it in different ways. They can deny a wish but it is hard if not near physically/mentally painful, so most of the time they won’t try, and also won’t really talk of their powers with anyone most of the time.

Limitations/Rules:

Can’t bring someone back from the dead. (Unless it’s a zombie version/ghost and that’s generally not pretty. Only exception is if the person/animal has died so recently that the body can still heal with a little nudge, ie, technically not dead just yet, spirit hasn’t left the body, etc.)

Can’t force someone’s will/thoughts to change. (In other words, can’t make someone fall in love with you, and can’t stop wars because to stop a war you’d need multiple people to change etc. Can however delete memories.)

Can’t create something out of nothing. (If you wish for a dog, that dog has to either be taken from somewhere, or something of “equal value/mass” has to be turned into a dog. Usually this isn’t a problem though, just something might poof from a location anywhere in the universe.)

Can only grant 3 wishes to each person - and that person cannot wish for more wishes for themselves or others.

Can’t grant anyone wish-powers.

Can’t kill anyone. (Can harm, however…)

Wishes only work if it’s in person, so they can without problem ignore any dumb online wishes thank god.

Not even Eshadi’s closest friends know of their true blood color, it’s the biggest mystery of time how they kept it a complete secret for all this time.
