Magick Apps
Recently I made the upgrade to a smartphone and joined the rest of the 21st century, something I was pleasantly surprised to find is that there are a number of esoteric type apps offered through Google Play. I'm going to link them here just in case anyone else is interested. This will be an ongoing post which will be updated as I come across more apps. Feel free to reblog and add any I may have missed. Some of these are free, some are not, I will indicate the price if any, in the link's description...Enjoy.
TarotBot Apps: I have a number of the free apps offered by TarotBot, some of them are very nontraditional, and a number of the free apps are solely the major arcana or the "trumps" but the readings with these are disturbingly spot on.
Galaxy Runes: Very intuitive app, readings are frequently spot on, there is a widget that can be placed on your home screen so that you can take advantage of the RotD feature, There is a full version (for $2.99) and an ad supported light version, I have the full version so I am not sure what the differences if any there are between the two.
Galaxy Tarot: I love this app, I don't want to say that it's replaced my physical decks, but it pretty much has. I have the free version though the full version for $4.95 has a lot more features, I will be purchasing the full app at some point.
Crystal Wind Oracle Cards: Not really sure about this app yet, the art is beautiful and the divinatory meanings are interesting, but I'm still up in the air over how accurate it is. There is a free and a paid version of this app.)
Magick: Haven't used this one myself but it seems interesting (and is free) from the site's discription: Magick has an online, community contributed spell book (Grimoire) which you can add to from your Android device, a fortune teller (Oracle), and turns your phone's compass into a Magick Compass. Plus kabbalah, other magickal lore and common rituals.
Moon Phase Pro: Moon phases down to the minute, and alerts for Full, Dark/new, and the quarters. Well worth it for $0.99
