🌸🌿Welcome to my inner grove…🌿🌸
My name is Prana Sakha Das. I’m 17 years old, living in the USA. This is my spiritual space. My journey has been long winded—from discovering Dharmic traditions as a young boy of 11 years old, to dabbling in Buddhism in my earlier in teenage years, and finally becoming a devotee of Radhe Shyam. (Well, I am aspiring.)
My love affair with Krishna began through finding Krishnacore, a subgenre of hardcore music which was inspired by the Hare Krishna movement. Thus I started off with ISKCON, but am no longer apart of it. I am merely trying to follow in the footsteps of our traditional Gaudiya acharyas and one day join the babajis of Vrindavan. I am especially interested in both Narottama and Gadadhar parivars. Since I am not in India I am learning what I can through scripture and my dear devotee friends online, who are learned scholars of Gaudiya-Siddhanta. I trust Krishna to send me my eternal Gurudev when the time is right.
On this page I will share anything related to my exploration of Sanatana Dharma and general spirituality. My writing, photos, thoughts, etc. I am accepting of ALL sects.
“Ekam sat vipra bahudha vadanti” that which exists is One, but the sages call it by various names.
JAI NITAI. JAI NIMAI. JAI VRINDAVAN DHAM.

I bring offerings to you, dear friend…
The important idea I want to convey today concerns the real responsibility on the path of spiritual development. In esoteric circles, there's sometimes a temptation to explain any life troubles solely by the influence of dark forces, the evil eye, curses, and other negative energies. Of course, I believe that the energetic world exists, but let's face it: we can't turn "dark forces" into a convenient scapegoat for all our misfortunes.
It's easy to blame an abstract "curse" or someone's "malicious influence" for our problems. This removes the need for us to look deep within ourselves, analyze our own mistakes, poor decisions, or destructive habits. It's much harder to admit that the root of the problem may lie in our own lack of awareness, in ignoring our intuition, in a lack of discipline, or simply in incorrect actions in the material world.
Consider how often what we call "a curse" might actually be:
• Simple laziness and procrastination, leading to problems at work or in business;
• An inability to build healthy relationships, resulting in conflicts and disappointments that are mistakenly taken for "energy attacks";
• Neglect of one's health, causing physical ailments attributed to "the evil eye";
• A reluctance to take responsibility for one's life and decisions, shifting the blame to external "mystical" factors.
Energetic influence is just one factor affecting our reality. And it's not always the decisive one. True spiritual work begins with an honest look at ourselves. With the willingness to acknowledge our weaknesses and shortcomings, work on eliminating them, learn from our mistakes, and change our own behavior.
Don't seek easy answers in blaming "dark forces." Instead, direct your energy towards self-knowledge, developing inner strength and intuition. Seek balance. That is the true path to harmony and well-being.
