“you know, showing up at my apartment this time of night might give people the wrong idea.” omar smirked, pushing the door open further to invite patrick inside. it wasn’t the first time he’d gotten a late night text message from the guy, and he had a feeling it wasn’t about to be the last, either. not that he minded, though. not in the slightest. patrick was hot, and fun, and though things had been rocky for them in the past, they’d grown a lot closer recently. ...in more ways than one. “can i get you a drink? or should we skip the pleasantries and just go straight to fucking?”

“wait.” silas stopped santiago before he could step inside the mansion, looking around before dragging the other man around the corner, to a more secluded area. “if you expect me to go all night without kissing you... you’d better give me a real good smooch now.” he knew that there were reasons behind keeping their relationship a secret, but every time they were outside the walls of one of their apartments, he found it incredibly difficult to remember exactly what those reasons were. was it really worth it, just to gain more followers? to let them believe they stood a chance? like he wasn’t head over heels in love with this dude? “help... shut me up. so i don’t say anything stupid.”

“don’t do what?” damian snapped, tugging the duvet closer to his body as if it were a shield, glaring back at alonso. “you’re the one that broke our... agreement here, not me. no strings attached. you promised.” 

not even damian was entirely sure what he was so mad about. after all, breaking hearts had been something he’d enjoyed doing in the past. he loved the idea of people being in love with him. ...unless it was alonso, apparently. was it because he actually cared about the guy? that he didn’t want to hurt him? that, paired with his own feelings deep down, were most likely the answers to questions he didn’t want to answer. 

“trust me, i get it. my ass is fucking sublime. but you’ll get over it.” he looked away then, staring at his hands, avoiding alonso’s gaze. “it’s just... hormones, confusing you, or some shit like that. go home, and give it a week. you’ll be good as new.”

“this book is so fucking boring, they legally shouldn’t be allowed to make us study it.” with a grown, iago tossed the paperback across the room, deciding in that moment to put his studies aside for an hour or two. he needed it, frankly, if he was going to avoid blowing his brains out. a mess that roi didn’t deserve to have to deal with. “get me a beer, would ya? i’ll make it worth your while.”

rocio was the brains, the one behind their master plans, while faye tended to be the distraction. after all, she was an actress. ...even if it had technically been awhile, since she’d gotten any noteworthy roles. maybe that was why she’d begun taking a part in rocio’s schemes. if nothing else, it gave her a chance to practice her chops. and the look on her friend - girlfriend? fuck buddy? -’s face after they’d managed to successfully pull off another con always made it all worth it. even if it did mean having to spend the evening with men who were a million times less interesting than rocio was. 

“wow. that’s fascinating.” feigning interest, and trying her best to not focus on what rocio was doing in the other room, faye tried her best to simply enjoy the party as much as she could, pretending like she was putting on a performance. which, in a way... she technically was. “you’re into golf, huh? tell me more.”

who said “i love you” first alonso. romeo most likely felt it first, but he definitely waited for alonso to say it first, so he wouldn't embarrass himself by admitting to it without knowing whether or not alonso felt the same way.

who would have the other’s picture as their phone background maybe both? romeo would definitely have a cute little selfie of the two of them, something sweet and soft that makes him smile whenever he looks at it.

who leaves notes written in fog on the bathroom mirror i'm thinking romeo leaves a simple 'i love you' every so often, while alonso would leave something far less innocent.

who buys the other cheesy gifts i'm not sure either would, tbh? depends on cheesy, but i feel like they'd both be really thoughtful with their gift giving. romeo would spend a good deal of time trying to pick out something like the perfect sweater for alonso, while i think alonso would initially try to shower romeo with fancy things, before realizing he's into more sentimental gifts.

who initiated the first kiss i'm thinking alonso, though i'm sure romeo was silently sending the strongest of vibes his way, trying to make him get the hint.

who kisses the other awake in the morning romeo, after he brushes his teeth to get rid of morning breath, if he can help it.

who starts tickle fights i'd say alonso, and romeo pretends to hate it, but in reality, he'll never hate alonso being close to him.

who asks who if they can join the other in the shower alonso. i don't think romeo would ever need to ask, i'm sure alonso would have an open invitation lol

who surprises the other in the middle of the day at work with lunch either? but i think alonso would make it more of a surprise, whereas romeo would just kind of casually send a text asking for him to join

who kills/takes out the spiders alonso. what's even the point of romeo getting to have a big, strong boyfriend, if he doesn't get rid of spiders for him???

who loudly proclaims their love when they’re drunk alonso. i can't imagine romeo ever being loud, even drunk. he'd probably quietly inform him a few hundred times, though.
