Right now, it’s only the 1812 but the entire concert should be up soon. This year the Boston Crusaders joined the Pops for the 1812 and it was amazing. I’ve been going my entire life and this was probably my favorite addition to the the traditional version. It was so powerful, and with the added volume, literally moving! People in our group had the biggest surprised grins when they joined in!
Obviously, I couldn’t watch the live stream but according to my text messages and Facebook comments, I’m on there a bunch of times. My narcissistic side enjoys that tremendously, and my nostalgic side loves that you can trace my life over the course of 33 years of Esplanade concerts.
