25. Worst book you’ve had to read for a course?

God. So many. But the ones that take the cake are probably Unwind by Neal Shusterman and The Pearl by John Steinbeck, which I couldn't even get through. Steinbeck later redeemed himself with Of Mice and Men. Shusterman on the other hand......

50. Strangest university tip you have?

Don't go. I don't mean like, drop out right now 🔪 but I am so glad I've taken a lot of time off throughout my undergrad. I took a gap year and then took fall semester of my second year off as well, and it's made me so much more centered in my pursuit of learning. Because I had time outside of school to experience life and develop a career, I feel like every time I am in school, I am able to make decisions and approach things based on what I want out of this experience, not what anyone else or society does or whatever. Take time off! Get to know yourself outside of academia! You'll be glad you did later.
