Will wasn't particularly in the mood to see or be around Cassie, as was the case for the past few days. He was beginning to tire of actually having feelings of any kind for her and he was about ready to just give up and move on, but like always she wouldn't let him. And like always, Will did whatever it was that she wanted, whether he wanted to or not. When he had said he had plans, it was an obvious lie, but that didn't mean that he wasn't going to take his sweet time getting to her apartment. Deciding to walk instead of taking a taxi, it was almost as if Will was dragging his feet as he walked. Instead of focusing on his own thoughts, he opened his mind to the ones of everyone around him. People dealing with divorce, someone lost their dog, and the ever difficult decision of choosing paper or plastic. On any other day the thoughts of others would have irritated and bored him, but for now he didn't care.

Punching in the code on the key pad at the entrance to her apartment, Will opened the door and climbed up the stairs two by two before stopping and knocking on her door. He really hoped this wasn't just another moment of her wanting him to watch her bake cookies or for him to go buy her some food. He didn't think he could survive another one of those. Rocking back and forth on his heels, he waited almost impatiently for her to answer the door.

Blaise, uh... I'm sorry for calling so late, but... [Lets out a shaky sigh]

It's fine, I was awake anyway. What's wrong, Cassie?
