a shifter au is an alternate universe where the characters have the ability to shapeshift - different authors interpret this differently with multiple animals or only one.

basically i love to fight against the current so i ended up with some very different animals compared to other shifter aus. my friend helped me out cus i made a long ass list and then researching animal qualities and being like damn this is literally them. and thats how i ended up killing you ;)
