Maybe an unpopular Maas-verse opinion but I don’t want it all to be connected. I see all these theories and it sounds really cool but I haven’t read CC and the closer we get to ACOTAR 6+7 the more I feel like I need to read CC too to understand it all. But I just want my seperate stories, maybe in the same universe. And I really (!) do not want TOG to be involved. Or at least the characters.

Like yes, pls make all the magic make sense in this universe and place all the hints all over the books throughout the different series. But I don’t want the characters to meet.

Am I the only person that dreads their favorite books being turned into movies or shows? With the exception of Game of Thrones and maybe a couple others, every tele adaptation of books I know have twisted the story and changed much that it makes the original series look bad.

Throne of Glass is one of many titles I like to stay as books, especially since Hulu, of all the companies and channels in the world, is making the adaptation. If HBO was making it, I'd feel differently though.
