Headcanon: Family
Yevanna is of the House of Yngvi. Yngvi is the elvish name for Freyr; he was the first High King of Alfheimr and all subsequent kings are descended from him. The current king is Theoderic, her father. Theoderic is the great-grandson of Yngvi and his elvish consort.
Yevanna's mother, Vannawyn, died giving birth to her. She had born three sons to Theoderic previously, but they all died in battle.
Besides her father, Yevanna's only other living relative is her cousin Beowulf, who is the son of her mother's sister (also deceased). Yeva and Beowulf were close when they were children, but had a falling out. Beowulf believes it is his right to marry Yevanna and rule with her. She finds his attitude overbearing and refuses any and all advancements from him.
