Jaclyn: What motivates her is the hope to move on, no more seeing red or despair! 

She’s very content in her life now, but now she must adapt. She’s been learning how to cook with Bachi, which is a big deal considering she always wanted to be a chef! 

Everyday she tries to improve herself! She’s been reading and writing, she loves it!

I got two: What's your favorite TV show and what's your favorite Holiday?

TV shows is another thing where I feel like I’m forgetting something good. Since I mentioned some of my current favorites right now, I’ll say that Daria was a really good show, maybe one of my favorites when I was a teen

Holidays unfortunately I’m just not into these days. They just kind of end up feeling like any other day because it’s not like I have anyone to celebrate with. Probably Christmas and Halloween though

I wish I had it in me to dress up and stuff, and I really like the aesthetic. I really enjoy the look and spirit of Halloween and miss being properly into it

Christmas I really love the giving and trying to make others happy, the classic Christmas Carol kind of thing. Getting a tree, snowy nights with just firelight, it’s cold out and warm inside and you’re spending time with people you like

 Hanukkah too, I don’t think the two holidays are mutually exclusive, I miss when I was a kid and we’d celebrate both, kind of a Christmas advent meets Hanukkah. Dreidel and trees, movies and stories from both holidays. Just a really festive time

I don’t really have that these days, so Christmas kind of ends up being just another day. I don’t really want any gifts or anything, I think these days where I’d take wood makes it the first time I even have anything anyone can get me. Usually I just get nothing because I want nothing

So yeah, I don’t think I really care about any other holidays. Ask me about one and I may be like, oh I forgot we celebrated that. I don’t know, maybe 4th of July to celebrate what America should be, but really it’s those two. I just wish I could enjoy them more

yeah, man, it really sucks. something about the last arc really got me excited about the show again, but now they just dropped this huge thing with the diamonds and we don't even know when we're even gonna see what happens because of this. Being a fan of this show is extremely frustrating, especially since a few years ago i loved cartoon network for having so many interesting shows to watch, and now all they care about is one.

The thing I watched even had a kind of next time trailer, so I can guess what happens next (which feels like a mistake given the haitus, but that’s CN for you) It’s just annoying that a lot of channels don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I mean, it happened a long time ago, but cancelling Wander Over Yonder felt like a real dumb choice

I mean, maybe I’m just not an executive with the analytics in front of me, maybe non-stop Teen Titans Go is where the money is, but somehow it feels more like it’s just unsavvy suits who don’t know what they’re doing. The old focus group run style of doing things that winds up with stuff like the Teen Titans Go movie that looked awful, as opposed to the stuff you get when you actually let people do what’s good instead of what’s profitable and wind up with the Incredibles (which is both good and profitable)

Steven Universe feels like they’re letting them do what they want creatively, but they won’t bother to slot it other than when they can squeeze it in to their constant TTG thing they have going on, but they make it clear they don’t really care. Also, while we’re talking about cartoons, anyone know when that Infinity Train was supposed to come out? It looked good, but I never really head about it ever again

I guess my point is networks for animation seem really timid and bad at their jobs, and CN is particularly bad at their job, at least from where I’m sitting it looks that way
