I'm sorry if this is rude or something, i just don't know what age regressing is, could you explain it? I feel like I'll get a better explanation from someone who knows firsthand than I'll get from google

Age regression is different for a lot of people but I would say a general definition would be regressing/changing into a child or baby-like state temporarily or can also be permanently. So you basically have the mindset and mannerisms of a child. Usually the ages of mindset can be between 0-12 years of age. I usually regress between the ages of 2-8.

Age regression is not a fetish or kink, it is usually used as a coping mechanism. For me I have experienced trauma and use regression as a way to cope. It has been proven by many to be a healthy coping mechanism. Not all age regressors do this due to trauma or stress though, but usually the reason I regress is due to these things.

As I've said before age regression is a broad spectrum, some people do it for my reason, some because they just enjoy it, etc.

I hope that this definition helps slightly, it's kind of a broad thing for me to explain so I tried my best! It's not rude at all, honestly I'm glad that you asked and wanted to be educated about it since many are quick to judge since people believe that it is similar to d*lg and others when it is not fetishized like those and it is merely an innocent way for people to cope with trauma, enjoy baby items and toys, and simply be who they want to be.
