Description — Logotype designed for Espora, a youth social collective creating graphic materials and visual campaigns for socially and politically engaged groups. The identity combines manual calligraphy with Gothic-inspired letterforms, deformed to achieve a contemporary and expressive mark.

Process — Started with hand-drawn brush pen sketches exploring Gothic-inspired shapes. Final design was vectorized in Adobe Illustrator, preserving the gestural quality of the original strokes.

SI ERES NEUTRAL... — Protest Poster

Description — Poster created for the Puro Veneno campaign developed by the Espora collective. The piece features the phrase “Si eres neutral en casos de injusticia, has elegido el lado del opresor,” a statement widely associated with social justice movements.

The lettering was created by hand using ink, then scanned and digitally composed in Photoshop to produce the final poster design. The graphic was used as part of the visual materials for the campaign and was reproduced in multiple formats.

The poster was printed and distributed for demonstrations, guerrilla graphic actions, and textile applications such as screen-printed garments. The piece was also later included in one of the first printed books published by the Puro Veneno campaign, which compiled graphic works created collaboratively by designers, illustrators, and artists in support of social movements.

The illustration and final composition were developed entirely in Adobe Photoshop.

The piece functions as a visual metaphor addressing political toxicity and the impact of power within Colombian social and political discourse. As part of the campaign, the illustration contributed to a series of critical graphic works exploring themes of resistance, dissent, and social commentary.

The artwork was initially drawn by hand using Indian ink. After scanning the line work, the illustration was digitally colored and finalized in Photoshop.
