A Big Thank You to Essential Library Staff
Not all superheros wear capes... In March, while most of the OCL staff began working remotely to aid in de-densifying people in campus spaces and as buildings on campus closed to the public, there was a small, quiet team of essential staff in the libraries who continued to provide service for Circulation, Reserves, and Interlibrary Loan without disruption. Currently, they have digitized 332 films for Reserve, provided hundreds of scans, delivered 13,703 pages, including digitized articles and book chapters, as well as provided 3226 check outs that include our contactless pick up service from the loading dock of the Mudd Center (not to mention the thousands of items that were returned).
