     Lobo couldn't quite help himself. He enjoyed sniffing in the flowers in the rather nice District Zeta. It was the only district to have this much foliage, and it felt kinda homely. During his antics, he was caught by a woman, and immediately he froze in place, still bent over to sniff the tulips in front of him.

There's only little that a wooden rapier could protect someone from. While he knew better than to underestimate himself, it was still a little disappointing to not have his fine sword in his possession and was given a useless object in return. Not like he can't fight without a proper weaponry, he was a vampire after all and they are molded better in combat. Still, he wondered what's keeping his abilities painfully jammed and how is it being prevented in this city. He can only come up with a few guesses, but even then they lack solid backups or evidences.

Glancing at his side, he took note of a woman holding the same type of weapon except it wasn't a rapier, but one that was etched to be a sword. How was she dealing with this fact? It seems it was not only for play or fool as the way she's holding it describes that she has indeed wielded a better sword prior which only furthered his disappointment in the city. What was there to gain in giving them such weapons? A sigh and he walked up to the woman, preparing himself and his set of questions that she shouldn't feel the need to answer.

"Wooden," he commented, standing beside her. The difference in height was alarming seeing how he's an entire foot taller but it was never important nor worth the attention. He meant no harm in the approach so he lifted his wooden rapier, showcasing that he's stuck in a similar situation and hopes she can understand what it meant. "Kind of cruel, aren't they?" Kaname chuckled deeply, lowering his hand. "I was thinking I was the only one unfortunate." He slowly stared up, a little annoyed at the blinding and infuriating heat. "Not that knowing I wasn't made me feel any better."
