Cada dia em creuo amb tu, o m'avances, o caminem breument en paral·lel fins que t'avanço. Et penso com a grup, et sento, em peses i me'n faig càrrec. Tu sol, molt sovint, em passes desapercebut. A voltes em generes rebuig, desinterès, tedi. En grup em fascines, em captives, t'odio.

2017 and 2018 hit me hard with surprises in health, family, money and career. Not all of my friends even my family knew what’s happening to me coz I tried to endure it! 2018 was diagnosed with high liver functions (due to my drinking habits), had gall bladder surgery and.... was diagnosed with depression. Only few people knew about it. Even my family didn’t know it coz I don’t want my parents to worry about me. I want them to be happy! And yes, I tried to take my life a couple of times through drug overdose or jumping out of a bridge, and I am not proud of it. Now the cat is out, that’s why I was not in social media for the past months because the last thing I want to receive is pity. I’m on medication to control this and thanks to my Doctors at #CedarSinai but out of it all... I AM VERY THANKFUL TO THE GREAT AND AWESOME COACHES AND FRIENDS AT @essersla! I took a leap of faith and told myself, I need to be healthy! AND I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL WITH #ESSERS And for the first time in my life, this is what I can say one of my greatest investment! I was 167lbs and after 5months I’m down 151lbs. The last time I weight like this is when I was in college and started working. I told myself I FOUND MY HAPPY PLACE IN #LOSANGELES I’m grateful to my coaches - Kasey, Macty, Jen and Sanam for pushing me to my limits and teaching me to listen to my body. AND I WILL MISS WORKING OUT WITH THEM! And on this place I met wonderful people that makes the environment more fun! Liz, Rob, Allie, Annett, Harvey, Susanna and Beverly! Seeing them crushing their programs gives me confidence that I can do it! Leaving LA is a big step for me careerwise but I am sad that I’m leaving these wonderful people that helped me with my health issues (even though they don’t know it LOL). I’m hoping that in the future, I will be back in LA, and see these beautiful and inspiring people!
