Content Guidelines

1. The photo or video submitted by participants would be subject to screening and can be removed if found violating mentioned guidelines or on any other grounds as per discretion of Rewind Technology Private Limited.

2. By submitting photos or videos in the contest, the participant is acknowledging that:

i) The owner of the submission confirms that he is the rightful owner of the content and has all the rights to the content.

ii) There’s no violation of copyrights whatsoever.

iii) The participant is completely accountable for the submitted video and the description.

iv) Cloop shall have the right to modify or adapt in part of or in whole any of such materials before publication at its sole discretion.

3. Video should not contain any watermark, website address, logo, trademark or e-mail id on it.

4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, objectionable, obscene or corrupt entries will not be considered.

5. Cloop will hold the right to the videos. The video can be used for marketing purpose on Cloops social media pages like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
