Witchcraft Survey

How has your practice changed from when you first started to now? I am an anthropology student at Cleveland State University c

Witches! Please do me a favor and fill out this survey for my Senior Seminar class.

I'm currently an anthropology student at Cleveland State University doing a survey on witchcraft trends over the past twenty years. If you have been practicing witchcraft (close to) 5 years or more, I would really appreciate it if you would please fill out this survey!

I've been practicing witchcraft on and off since 2005. I first started with a single book and then later learned a lot of the basics from a mentor, a Wiccan 2nd Degree Priestess. I moved on from Wicca into general Eclectic Witchcraft, and over the years have gone through many changes in my practice and beliefs. I'm looking to see how other people's practices have changed as well.

Crafting a Practice on Witchblr (Survey Results)

Some of you wanted to see the results of the survey I distributed in April, so now that I can actually look at this again, I thought I'd post some of the pie charts from my powerpoint. This doesn't cover the entire survey, as I didn't want to include any custom answers here. Sorry for the bad formatting in some of them. Ngl I made the powerpoint last-minute because the paper took so long to write and then edit too (a bit of advice: don't procrastinate on writing a 30 page paper), so it was like 2 am when I started making my slides.

Thank you all again for filling out the survey. I loved reading your responses. They were so informative and enlightening! It was so hard to choose just a few quotes to add to the powerpoint I shared during my presentation in class.

I commissioned this amazing art of my Tremere OC Asha Mariam outside the chantry back during her VTMB days! by /u/KayimSedar on Reddit. (Plus my favorite little detail: Strauss looking down from the window)

Asha finally made it back to Downtown LA, and now she's off to go start some mischief!

So I was thinking about where the Tremere chantry would be in Cleveland and picked out two buildings (one closed and one abandoned)

The Western Reserve Building

or the Rockefeller Building

I favor the Rockefeller Building because the nonprofit I worked for (I only lasted 3 days - it was a canvassing job) was located there, and I loved the beautiful lobby with the old fashioned elevators. I saw a video of what it looks like inside now, and it's so sad how much it's deteriorated.

If the chantry were there, maybe you would only be able to enter it by elevator by doing a short ritual or confirming your blood or something like that. Anyone else would just be in a random office building.

There is a Cleveland by Night book from the storytellers' vault, but it's not very good. It's short and vague.

I looked up a few groups playing here, but they're all doing anarch games.
