Sreedyyyy!!! New chapter when? My mind is driving me crazy with theories. I need the Hakoda reaction to Zukka spooning! I need the Reho talk (interrogation)! I need Zukka interaction with Jet! I need the SWT to be like “wtf Sokka”??? And I need Sokka screaming at Ara, with everyone else confused as to why.

I figured I’d answer you both in one response!

Chapter 15 is DONE! It ended up being 17.7k & it is currently in my wonderful beta @sockfus hands being final edited.

A lot of what you listed is going to happen next chapter! It is going to be pretty different than the other chapters because this will be the FIRST LIAB chapter without a Sokka POV.

If I had to rate the boy’s stinky I’d probably say that after the sponge bath they are still at a solid 8 on the smelly scale. Zuko’s hair is nasty and Sokka is a sweaty guy…. They need a bath!

I cannot wait for the TENSION between Jet and Zukka. Jet being like “he’s a firebender!!!” And Sokka defending Zuko and getting super defensive and Jet being Jet is impulsive and moves forward which makes our boys freak tf out bc keep your fucking distance!! And then Zuko fears for Sokka and attempts to protect him and Bato’s in the corner like “yeah they gay”

Wait wait alsoooo what if Bato’s heard the name Zuko before (or should I say seen ;)) and it takes a while before he figures it out but when it clicks, it CLICKS. Should he tell Hakoda? Yeah, he really should, but he understands exactly how Sokka feels about the boy and feels conflicted. If Zuko is THE Zuko… why were the fire nation lying about him being dead..?

Hahaha Jet IS IMPULSIVE!!! (But also very conniving & manipulative - he isn’t dumb that’s for sure)

Jet won’t know any better either, but I’m sure he will learn quick that Sokka isn’t messing around when he says stay the fuck away from my fire bender.

(But also Zuko is very very capable of fighting his own battles & then some…. So we’ll see haha)

I think Bato might have a FEW “they’re gay” moments…. Haha.

& if Bato has heard of Zuko,,, then so would Hakoda - I assume. but as of now… Bato is the only one who knows zukos name currently.

Will he tell Hakoda? I would think so. But you never know sometimes so I guess we’ll see?

We also have to wonder if sokka will be truthful with his dad and tell him who Zuko is… that is a bigger deal I think than anything.

Hiii Sreedyyyy I’m back again!!

Just a lil idea (no pressure) but I know you’ve discussed the possibility of a Zuko oneshot pov and I just think that it would be really interesting having that set in the beginning of liab, or even before! Like his previous escape attempts and his reaction to seeing Sokka there and gahhh you get it.

Againnnnnn, absolutely no pressure and I understand if you’re not up for it. Just think it could be interesting. <3

If I do decide to write one, it would probably be from a month before Sokka arrived, up until he was forced to torture Zuko.

So a span of like 3 months? Which is more than enough time to get a feel for the situation… trust me.
