U HAVE A WIFE omg how did you get a wife how did you decide to get married what was your wedding like?

ya know, i ask myself “how did you get a wife” quite often tbh!! we just - happened to cross paths one day & have been obsessed with each other ever since 😌

if y’all can believe it, i proposed to her - at the zoo, bc she’d never gotten to go as a kid and always wanted to. we got icees and hot dogs and little plushies of her fave animals, and the gift shop didn’t have either of our names on those cheap little keychains, and we went through the whole reptile building and then i asked her in front of the carousel bc we rode one together the first holiday she spent with my family. and then we went to a dyke bar & i got drunk and ordered wings for the entire bar :’)

our wedding was very small, just a lil bit of family and our best friends. we also didn’t have cake, we had pies! and an ice cream sundae station. it was amazing.

thinking about transfem remus a lot recently. thoughts? opinions? hcs?

but also - the more i think about it, the more i think remus would 100% be butch. maybe she spent the first couple of years after she came out dressing as hyper femme as possible, expensive makeup and growing her hair, long nails and short skirts. fast-forward like six months into hrt and she starts wearing briefs and cuts her hair into a mullet, and stops wearing bras when her tits start to grow - shaves her face and chest but not her legs.

she never got to be a tomboy as a kid, and masculinity felt dangerous when it was something that was expected of her. then she came out and the pendulum swung in the opposite direction and she just -doesn’t want to think about it anymore. stops measuring her womanhood by cis people’s standards and finds other lesbians who get her and everything fits together, then.

It’s so annoying when people say they’re going to update a Fic every week and then don’t. This is why so many readers don’t like WIPs! It sucks to get invested in a story like You Wouldn’t Like Me and then worry it’s being abandoned.

this has been sitting in my inbox for a few hours bc i honestly don’t know what to tell you lol. a fic not being updated in 2 weeks (or months or years) is not abandoned unless the author says it is.

i’m very active on tumblr, and i do my best to keep y’all up to date on my posting schedule, which is also in the author’s note for chapter one:

asks like this are not encouraging, they make me feel bad! i’m a human person with a life outside of tumblr, and that has to take priority over something that i do for free, and for fun.

like, stuff like this does not make me want to write & post it just gives me anxiety!

Dude, we have all the same identities lol. I’m also a Jewish any pronouns lesbian! Anyway, it would be really cool if you made ywlm Sirius Jewish, no pressure tho! I already headcanon canon Sirius as Jewish anyway, and Jewish Sirius is criminally underrepresented in fic lol.

so, first off - i do agree that there’s a severe lack of fic featuring jewish sirius. a great way to help out with getting more fic in the world that you wanna see is to write some - talk to mutuals about it, make posts about it, write little drabbles etc etc. ywlm only exists because i wanted to see more trans sirius fics, and i wanted to write the fic that 20yr old me would’ve loved to read.

but the thing about writing sirius as jewish is that i can’t just - add it into a fic that’s already more than halfway done. it would be so rushed - bc i didn’t outline/plan for that. and i don’t wanna do it that way. i wanna be able to make it a Big, Important part of the plot and his identity from the first paragraph.

will i write jewish sirius fic someday? hell yeah! just not this one.

do i love the idea of you hc sirius as jewish in that series? hell yeah. i fuckin’ love that.

(also gotta mention that when i think of jewish sirius, @soloorganaas’s jewish sirius black series is my all-time fave characterization of him in that way! literally every one of her fics in that collection is incredible, perfect, amazing.)

i celebrate lesbian visibility every day by being a capitol ‘D’ Dyke and parading my trophy butch around our small town with my hand in the back pocket of her wranglers.

that being said, i probs won’t have time write any trans lesbian wolfstar this week - just know that i want to so badly, and i will get to it eventually!

i just accepted a job offer at my fave lil local thrift store and i start on monday, so i gotta spend this week working on you wouldn’t like me bc it’s my top priority, and idk how much time/energy i’ll have for writing while i adjust to having a job again after seven months of doing freelance work.
