1. Favourite character

nami!! this changes sometimes bc there’s so many i love dearly, but i think she wins. brave & beautiful & goofy, talented & determined & compassionate…..i love her. also high on the list are zoro, robin, vivi & luffy.

6. Favourite devil fruit

ooh, this is a cool question, i haven’t thought about it before! i’d have to really think about this to say for sure, but to go for something a bit obvious, i really love luffy’s, haha. i remember a quote somewhere from oda about wanting his protag to have a ridiculous power, & i really think that was a great idea….luffy’s rubber power is silly & unexpected but also genuinely very strong–just like the man himself! i think creativity & goofiness like that is where one piece shines as a manga.

18. Favourite opening

i read the manga & have only seen some parts of the anime, so there’s probably a lot of openings i don’t know :’0…but of course, we are is cute (i especially like the straw hat version). recently i’ve been watching some of water 7 and i like the opening there, kokoro no chizu, the little extra animations like of the crew sleeping are really cute

this feels like a non-answer so i’ll just thow in that my favorite character song is family/oretachi wa family! being a character song, it’s sung by the voice actors of the crew (sans franky & brook bc they weren’t there yet) and the lyrics are great, it’s so cute & fun!
