oh nice! I hope your first time goes incredibly well! since I’m not really someone who suffers from anxiety, there’s not much I can say besides, be prepared that smoking weed CAN increase anxiety unfortunately. :/ it would be best to smoke with someone you really trust and that can help you (possibly) come down from an anxiety attack. I would also reccommend not to smoke too much your first time. even if when you’re smoking and you don’t immediately feel like you’re too high for your own good, go slow. some weed strains can creep up on you and hit you like a train wreck. BUT, if you’re lucky, weed will actually decrease your anxiety and depression. I can definitely say that weed helps me with my depression (when I do have it.) it can also be an incredibly mystical experience if you want it to be! try meditating while you’re high. I struggle with meditating and I can tell you firsthand that weed helps me with meditating SO MUCH.
