This is potentially a really silly post but i’ve seen discussion about how the difference in expectations shape each individual life series and it’s once again making me wonder about fan-hosted life series, and how the culture in them is shaped by being made up of primarily life series fans. Watching the series has given them, fan players, an expectation for how things will go already. What makes it interesting is that these pre-instilled expectations are formed off of a different group entirely, so this blueprint will never line up one for one, as the people involved in these fan hosted series are likely to play very differently than the content creators these expectations were drawn from.

(thinks about cleo learning that betrayal is inevitable and people are out for themselves and that there are very few people that they can trust. who had been stabbed in the back by the very first person she had met in this world. and then they meet el who is earnest and insecure and vulnerable and inexperienced and they go “this is someone i can Trust.” and never sees her as anything other than a friend and rival who stands on equal ground. and scott is also someone cleo can Trust because he’s proven himself to her over and over again, lifetime after lifetime. thinks abt c!cleo and trust)

no u got it so right its the idea of putting bigb and scott in a situation neither of them is prepared for is so funny but would be so interesting to watch id love to see how long it lasts before one of them (probably b) gets outta there if the universe had a sense of humor itd let their team up somehow last the season and they become finalists

actually wait yeah. scott and bigb being stuck in a day 1 team together and bigb gets like. mildly bad vibes from this guy (cleo’s universal bestie) so he spends the next episode or so quietly distancing himself and hoping scott just wont notice, while scott Does notice but has already committed to being Day 1 Allies so despite being very annoyed (and probably a bit hurt) he can’t cut things off without it being a stain on his loyal reputation streak… yeah this could be funny

it really annoys me that weighted blankets are now so marketed that you can't get a double one for less than £150 even though most autistic adults who would want a double one don't work full time because lol they're autistic.... those of us who would benefit the most from one are the ones who probably can't afford it
