Are you bored? Need something to do? Don't want to scroll social media again? Good news: you can use microsoft paint as an etch-a-sketch, and it's super easy. Just open up paint, put your cursor where you want to start, then press down on the spacebar while moving the arrow keys. Here's one I spent a couple minutes making:
It's not exactly the same, you can't get curves as easily (tho it's easier to go diagonal), but it's silly and mindless entertainment and i highly recommend giving it a try
Etch-A-Sketch, back when it was still produced by Ohio Arts IN Ohio (which shipped off to China in 2001 and then product was obtained by a Canadian company in 2016).
This one was in a thrift, but I got mine -- okay, not the one I had as a kid, the one I own now as an adult -- in the Free box at a yardsale a decade or two ago. Nostalgia much? Yes, yes I do.
