Less structured lore post but Sinnoh and Johto are currently in a pretty big mess!!! Whatever remnants of Team Rocket's ideology have moved from Kanto and infested the east of Johto in crime, which then spread to the south of Sinnoh.

Johto's main crime ring trades what remnants of Berserk Gene are still around to Sinnoh's main crime ring, and in return Sinnoh's crime ring provides protection from authorities and stamps out any competition.

Both heavily exploit individuals in difficult circumstances in order to get more money, promising to keep them safe, only to use them and wring them dry.

Due to the dangers of the Pokemon world in its current state, many Pokemon have passed away in mystery dungeons. To combat this, an international force was formed— the Dungeon Delvers Association, whose goal it is to keep Pokemon safe and provide assistance in times of crisis. They work with Leagues in various different regions and have established Guilds in what was previously Gyms from a bygone era.

And with the Dungeon Delvers Association came the formation of teams. These are an incredibly important part of the current world order, functioning in various different ways. There are two categories in which a team falls under:

Rescue: Sent out during emergencies, with their specialisation falling under aid during a crisis— natural or otherwise.

Exploration: Sent out to explore newly formed mystery dungeons and map out how deep they typically go.

Often times these teams work together when delving into dungeons, keeping a watchful eye on each other in order to complete a successful mission.

But not all those who form teams have good intentions in mind.

I was going to draw something today but I'm tired and started thinking very very hard about N and Bianca and Cheren/Yohan and how their memories influenced their childhoods in eternapocalypse.

N grew up already influenced a lot by his memories as a human even if he couldn't actually remember them, like it was etched into his bone in a language he couldn't read, habits forever sown into him despite how worn they were. He talked rather articulate for a child and it weirded out some kids in his home. They never really treated him badly over it though. They did think he was a bit arrogant because of it though so they were just like "this is Purrloin don't mind him using big words he just thinks he's better than everyone here."

Bianca got nightmares. A lot. She could see what happened to her as a human and thought she was being haunted for a good portion of her childhood so she'd always pray at night for whatever ghost was messing with her to stop. Made her a bit jumpy and scared to by herself because she was alone when she died as a human, surrounded by white walls and the smell of chlorine (which she 100% hates now). People pitied her as she was growing up but never really reached out, not even her own parents. Nobody took her anguish seriously because she was young and what did she have to be scared of?

Cheren/Yohan is a bit more complicated. Because he didn't actually have any memories growing up. But he had his old human habits. Pushing up glasses that didn't exist up against the bridge of his nose. Tapping his foot. Being impatient and judgy. Basically kept a good amount of his personality from the first gen 5 games and only recently started to become more mature. He was a bit standoffish but people could be friendly enough with him. They just kind of labelled him as the blunt guy you go to if you want a reality check (most people in his home have taken to calling him just Blunt as like, a nickname almost).

Would eternatus eventually get its fair comeuppance during or after the time of the eternapocalypse au?

During, but it wouldn't necessarily be 'fair', I suppose. You can't really make Eternatus pay for everything that it did— Sure you can defeat it, make it sleep for another 3,000 years maybe, but what then? Humans are gone, defeating it won't bring them back or get rid of the dragon's madness, and it's going to come back one day, somehow. Someone WILL pull a Rose again. It's just the nature of life, repeating cycles and all that.

And there's the issue of if you want it gone permanently. How do you go about killing something that's already dead?

In the end, its punishment would be but a slap on both its literal and metaphorical wrist.

A bit more information on the dragon's plague, aka the disease that wiped out humanity! It was a contagious disease that spread similarly to flus, so think talking at a close distance, coughing, etc., and had similar symptoms, just with the inclusion of scale-like lesions on the skin in humans.

While Eternatus was wrecking havoc, wild mons ended up infecting Pokemon with trainers, then that made the cross-species leap to humans, and the disease got worse, becoming deadly to humans but not to Pokemon. On top of all that, it kept mutating to the point that creating a cure was out the window.

Then it wiped out everyone and got worse with a new variant, the dragon's madness, which came from the very first mystery dungeon. It could be caught not just by the usual methods, but also from bites and scratches from an infected Pokemon. This strain drove infected Pokemon to blind aggression at anything and anyone around them. Knocking them out usually gets them back to normal, alongside healing moves like Heal Pulse.

Poison, Dragon and Steel types have more of a resistance to the dragon's madness than other Pokemon. Grass, Bug, and Fairy types tend to be more vulnerable.

How did the fossil Pokémon survive after the apocalypse? Did they reestablish themselves in new habitats or not?

Fossil Pokemon managed to get stable enough populations that they didn't need humans reviving them after the Great Calamity happened. Helps that eggs usually hatch into whatever species the mom is :]

Some fossil Pokemon managed to adjust well enough to new habitats (hell I think some like Omanyte and Kabuto managed to fit back into their old niches without a problem), while others have to compete with current Pokemon to this day (I think Aerodactyl beefing with Skarmory would be cool, for instance). A lot of younger fossil Pokemon are mostly seen within old cities, though. They like wandering in em.

This isn't counting the fossil Pokemon in Galar. Those guys are suffering bad but there are, weirdly enough, some still running around despite nobody knowing how they can even make eggs. Their body parts are mismatched— How are they still kicking? Did whatever machine bring them back to life give them some twisted immortality?!

Since Alakazam has been stated to have immense psychic power within the Pokédex, could Sabrina have known her previous life?

Definitely! As an Abra, Sabrina would have frequent dreams of her human life, but she hadn't made the immediate connection that she was dreaming about herself. She originally dismissed it as her delving into the memories of other Pokemon in Saffron City (or even Lavender Town). Since she was a Psychic when she was human, she's more sensitive to other people's thoughts and all that, so that's how she originally saw it.

After evolving though, it finally sunk in that yes, the human woman she kept having nightmares about was actually her in the past. And I think that little revelation (or more so acceptance, maybe) leads to her unlocking more of her Psychic abilities... and trying to help other people in the same spot as she was.
