hello i was wondering where and how you altered your umbrella for parasoul??

Hey there!Alright, so what I did for Parasoul wasn’t the most perfect approach, but I ended up liking how it turned out. I started out with a plain black umbrella that I’d bought from the thrift store. From here, I took some tulle and stuck it in the top of the umbrella before forcing it shut, giving it the puffy look Krieg has. I tied some black string around the middle to keep the tulle in place and the umbrella closed the way I wanted. After looking at references, I figured there were 5-6 spokes poking out of Krieg. So, I broke off enough in even intervals so there were 6 spokes left. I then bent the spokes out diagonally to give it the cartoon-y look.

For Krieg’s eyes(?), I took tinfoil and molded it into a raised almond shape. I then took a thin layer of Sculpy Ultralight and molded it on top of the tinfoil as smoothly as possible. I then cooked it as the directions said. After that, I painted it with acrylics, then added a few coats of ModgePodge to give it a nice sheen.

WOOPS forgot the tip of Krieg. This was pretty janky on my part, so I'd do something else, but I cut out 4 triangles of thick craft foam, and then coated them with silver duct tape and taped them to the tip of the prop. I'm not totally sure what I'd suggest or how I'll redo it.
