I did suggest it! And I, too, am not completely sold with this season. I miss Clay and Tara and Agent Stahl and Opie and Piney and pretty much everyone. Things need to get real real soon so this season isn’t a total flop.
Yeah i'm not impressed with the way they are handling the whole Tara situation and subsequent gang issues.. and then Jax's character in general is not sitting well with me. although it's an overused trope, i expected to see a emotionally distraught and revenge seeking lover doing whatever it takes to make sure they do to avenge their loved one. I felt he never really seemed that distraught in the first place and then got over it really quickly which is sad, Tara was the strongest lead on the show in my opinion and was obviously a crucial element to the show and worked well as someone who counteracted the bleak and destructive nature of the club. so it's weird how they chose not to focus on that aspect of it and focus on continuing the negative aspects of SAMCRO, it's just not as entertaining and more or less just a drama about gangs and senseless violence now rather than family, morals and being a good man despite being in such an ugly environment.
they've also had no scenes of Jax interacting with his kids or even thinking about them..

She’s not actually trans in real life. Walton Goggins plays her. He plays Boyd Crowder in Justified (another great FX show you should watch).

movie! i've read the notebook novel and enjoyed it surprisingly (though i kind of regret it since Nicholas Sparks is sexist and racist) but i haven't read the book the time traveler's wife was based on
