“I…I don’t really remember.” Ethan groaned softly as he rubbed at his tired eyes. Dark circles had formed beneath them and his body felt absolutely drained, but he had to finish an order as soon as possible. “I’ll just drink some black tea and I’ll be fine, kitten.”

Chen takes a few steps into the shop, his eyes trailing over the store, hesitant before he calls out. "Ethan? Are you back there?"

Ethan was stirring his cauldron in the back of the shop when he suddenly heard the bell chime, signalling that someone had entered. At the sound of Chen’s voice he immediately stuck his head out to peer into the front, a bright smile adorning his features when he laid eyes on the male,”Chen, my sweet Kitten! Come in, come in! Come to the back with me, please. I’ll make some tea. How’ve you been, my dear? It’s been a while since I’ve seen you.”
