Why do you think a Gryffindor would put in a lot of effort to do well in school? Slytherin is ambition, Hufflepuff is hard work, and Ravenclaw is learning. I think there's a lot of misconceptions over how applicable Gryffindor values are to everyday life.

Gryffindors like to arm themselves with the tools they need to function and survive. We don’t like not understanding things that should be easy. We aren’t stupid and we hate being treated like we are.

Plus with education systems being what they are and our natural tendency to compete with others, getting an A makes us a winner, so we want a damn A.

Which character has the most similar style to your own?

I would say that my style is most similar to Lily’s or Ginny’s but also a little bit of Harry and Lupin. I guess there’s not really one character but I hope that answered your question haha. 17. Describe the biggest scholastic obstacle you’ve overcome.Math in high school. I was awful at it and I failed the class every year. Also in my final written exam I did so bad in the math part that I thought I couldn’t graduate anymore. I had my last chance with my final oral exam, I put heart and soul in it, prepared a fantastic speech that went great and finally graduated :D

Blatant praise time. I just want your durmstrang tag to be my entire wardrobe. It's beautiful. You probably don't have enough sets to do a staples post (and you probably have enough of those requests), but could you describe your durmstrang style in three adjectives to help me clean out my closet?
