Anyways Shadow Freddy and Shadow Bonnie in your vicinity!!

I love them so bad. [Yes Shadow Bonnie is still called RWQFSFASXC I forgot to add it]

Anyways they’re more creature like rather than just a purple Freddy and Black Bonnie- I gave mouths to Shadow Freddy because pride will talk their mouth off and eyes for Shadow Bonnie because of the eyes of envy. They’re the last two shadows left and they have a deal with their respective wielders. They’re one of the two types of toontronics that can travel to the flipside without any consequences, same with their wielders, with the power of the shadows they can go to the flipside without corruption.

I kept their goopy and staticy themes cuz I like them. I can’t infodump on them too much but Shadow Bonnie’s deal is with Springs and Shadow Freddy’s deal is with Golden. I’ve told this in my old post ab the shadows but I decided to stray away slightly from the fandom stereotype of characterising them (Shadow Freddy: edgy and mean Shadow Bonnie: Mostly a crybaby) and decided to try a hand at the ragebaiter Shadow Freddy and more aggressive Shadow Bonnie lmao. Shadow Bonnie is also not going to be speaking much in the story unless I make them

Anyways! Big big thanks to Milkkirie [On Instagram and TikTok I’m not sure about tumblr] for inspiring this artstyle! I used a lot of their art as reference so credits to them!

The Fazgang is in fact in their 30s, because I felt as if it would be fitting because of the story I’m making as of now. Their ages might change though I’m not sure; also a little fact, toontronics live longer than humans so their mental development might be slightly different from humans- although they are 100% adults with cognitive function don’t worry LMAO

Their jobs as of now:

The Star Siblings (Freddy, Goldie and Marionette) - Street magicians and thieves.

Bonnie - Blacksmith

Chica - Exploring chef

Freddy’s personality had a HUUUGE overhaul in the story and he’s more of the stressed out brother rather than calm and rational, Marionette is a sleepy gal, Chica was inspired by Xiangling from Genshin Impact, Goldie is still pretty guilt ridden but cocky, Bonnie is a kind but blunt asshole, Foxy is a rengoku archetype, and Karl is a monstrous being that looks like an average fnaf world mob LMAO

OH I forgot to mention, the story has changed a bunch bc I remembered fnaf world exists, so the story will use elements of the fnaf world lore and concepts (like the flipside). I will also be using the fangame: fnaf world refreshed’s layout and new areas of the world as a basis as I feel like I could do some fun stuff with the areas they’ve added. The story will sort of work like a dnd anime you’d see, with party members and exploring but with my own twist to it, which I’ll hopefully will explain more. This is basically a customised fnaf world au.

Anyways! The Fright, Fight and Protection Squad [FFPS: Aka the toys and Springs redesign] are next along with a slight Afton redesign. He will still have the photobashed concept but he will probably look better. Unless I do the shadows first- they’ve always been a guilty fav lmao

Meet Afton and SPR1N95!!

Before you ask YES Afton is photobashed on purpose, he’s supposed to give off a different vibe than the rest. Unlike the other Bonnies, Springs is a hare! That’s also for lore purposes I may not reveal yet :p

Afton and Springs have a very specific dynamic, it’s hard to explain- but it’s very similar to Belos and Hunter from the owl house, familial like and way too toxic that the victim (Springs) can’t see it. It’s more of a servant-master vibe rather than a son-father vibe with them honestly. Anyways, let me clarify some stuff if you’re curious

-Why does Springs get the Shadow of Envy?

Well it’s a deliberate choice, I have a different storyline for Toy Bonnie where this is a very important aspect, he doesn’t get the shadow of envy because of a fatal accident and it makes him bitter over that.

-Why did you make Spring(trap) and Afton separate?

Story reasons! Springs story is very intricate and intertwined with Afton for that reason, he will have a story arc similar to Zuko, or Hunter if TOH wasn’t rushed. He’s more of a mix between Springbonnie and Springtrap, although there is a different SpringBonnie as well. Hard to explain without spilling the context, I’m so sorry guys :((

-Why is Afton photobashed?

I wanted to give him an eerie feeling, to make him look out of place from the toons, because he isn’t one. The only toon thing on him is that bunny head that looks like springtrap on him. Think of it like a propaganda, to make him seem more ‘relatable’ and ‘just like everyone else’ so that he can get T.E.D’s (The entertainment district) support so he can be mayor for the years to come

-Why does springs have wires coming from him if he’s not an animatronic?

That’s my next post explaining how a toontronic is made of! Wires are like nerves, but for the toon world it’s not freakish for them- it’s quite ordinary for them to have ripped parts, and they can he replaced if you can afford it! it’s also not dangerous to leave specific parts of you, like the ear, exposed open like that. The only time it’s lethal is when it’s on the main body- like I said there will be another post explaining.

Continuing on Afton made the FFPS to keep the public entertained while he worked behind the scenes on a project called ‘Project Revival.’ Not even Springs knows what that project is. Also about his kids, I will unfortunately will not be adding Michael :(( Springs in a way is a replacement of him. Crying child is needed for the story I have written so he will be there,but I’m not quite sure what to do with Elizabeth. I will have to write and see how to whirl her in since she’s technically not apart of the missing kids nor any part of Fnaf 1

[OLD NO LONGER CANON] Soooo nostalgia one o one came to me when I saw the remake of old asks, and I thought back to the fnaf ask comics I used to watch on YouTube, and this discarded idea I had years ago surfaced again so here I am ig. Freddy And Golden Freddy are the main mcs, and you can tell Ask Goldie Anything took a big influence on me in my youth lmao, I can’t design any sort of golden freddys without referencing that comic design. Freddy’s ref is better bc I rushed Goldie, hopefully I’ll make a better one tomorrow.

[GOLDIE HAS BEEN FIXED !!]

It’s basically a world where the animatronics are actual characters (toontronics, I call them) and the basis is that Goldie made a deal with a Shadow Deity, a dangerous creature that your risk your life to. For the shadow to leave Goldie alone only had one condition: to bring down the leader of Faz-City, W. Afton by finding the 6 original deities, who shrunk down into spirit children (aka the missing kids: Charlie, Cassidy, Jeremy, Gabriel, Susie, Fritz).

It’s more elaborate, I’m just not sure how to explain it- if you guys are curious you are free to ask me anything- but I might not clarify everything as I’m planning to make an ask blog after I get a hang of this artstyle and learn how to do dynamic poses and such; which may be a while, so I’ll dump a bunch of doodles when I practice here haha

I said I’d explain the workings of a toontronic but I’m lazy and I love the shadows so

ALSO THIS AU FINALLY HAS A NAME! It’s called ‘Epic Tales: The Shadow Odyssey’ or ETTSO for short Or just The Shadow Odyssey lmao, It’s a fun little play w/ the Greek epic literature and the odyssey ! I’ll be making this an official tag for all my post to navigate easier

Originally I was gonna go for the stereotypical ‘haha evil, aggressive Shadow Freddy’ troupe that everyone loved back in the early fandom days but then I thought about it hard, very hard, and decided that as Pride, being a ragebaiter is funnier. Freddy has been the oldest for too long now it’s time for him to experience the elder brother ragebait as well KSKSKS.

For Shadow Bonnie I decided to make him aggressive instead, because envy can be a big BIIIITCH, petty and all that- plus I was never a fan of the ‘quiet, too shy’ Shadow Bonnie archetype back in the days so I wanted to go opposite of it. Shadow Bonnie was supposed to be misty but it was too hard to draw consistently so I went for an inky and static vibe for him instead.

They’re the last 2 shadows left out of 7 that represented the seven deadly sins (no the concept of the other sins isn’t dead, just the one representing it and the one instigating it within people).

Now the question is do they know each other? Well they do actually! They know each other very well, it’s just… something happened back in the day. I fear Shade will not forgive him easily.

Their deals with their respective vessels are similar to the Weapon-Miester thing from that one anime I forgot what it’s called I’m so sorry- the shadows turn into weapons; for Springs it’s a scythe (the reason for that is since in the canon Afton in Springtrap is the main killer, it would be fitting for him to have the weapon of the grim reaper) and for Goldie it’s scissors that can come apart (I love the Golden Duo theory in the canon, so the scissors represent the two souls Cassidy and CC :3)

Anyways! The shadows are important and I can’t lore dump on them too much, soooo Some doodles for everyone to enjoy !!

Trying to draw SPR1N95 (Springs is NOT Afton, Afton is currently a seperate character although Springs lore is directly connected to it like a Hunter-Belos from TOH thing) for my au and then I suddenly remember I’m like genuine ass at drawing rabbits AND armour…

God the Bonnies are actually gonna murk me this canvas is like 50 minutes already

Anyways the plan after my exams is to show yall Afton n Springs, and then probably work more on the main cast- I’ll also probably explain how a toontronic differs with their inner system with some images and a height chart along the way. I should add that the shadows will be done after Afton and Springs.

I’m prolly gonna add puppet to the cast. I was not sure where to add her, then I remembered Charlie is apart of the missing kids gang (trademarked) so I technically NEED to add her. I was thinking of making her part of the Fazbear brothers during the start, she’s also probably gonna go by Marionette or Marie, her weapon like a harp. More ask Goldie inspos most likely for her, I liked Marie’s design in the comic <//3

Add that the Toys are apart of the FFP squad (Fright, Fight and Protection squad), who wear similar armour as Springs- they also will fight with musical instruments, although only Bonnie has been fixed to be fighting with his guitar which sends soundwaves when strummed. If you’d like I’d love to hear any of your guys idea on what I could do with Toy Freddy and Chica, although Toy Freddy might be more strict because he will be holding a special weapon unlike the others. For mangle I was thinking instead of music it would be like aerial silk, but if you guys have ideas for her too it would be chill!

Also here is some fazbear brother updates in case you all didn’t see it from the first edited post- the update is that they have more facial colourings like bears to make them more dynamic, Goldie had a full redraw to look better and look closer to the AGA inspo I took. I also fixed up Goldie’s bow cuz it’s huge lmfao- I also gave them playing cards! Freddy has diamonds and Goldie has hearts :}
