Review : 

Another day, another review, today i present you the first album of Gazelle, Nagi or yanagi nagi, euaru. After listening to this album, i wonder who made several songs of my fav here, because it feels so familiar.

It starts with 本当 or Honto which is a simple intro for the album, just la la and humming to the end. Honto means truth despite that simple-ness it's a great title which will correlates with the outro.

Kicking off the album is ユキトキ or Yukitoki, from the opening theme of Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru. Ever since the anime came out i really loved this song, it has everything that makes nagi shine bright. Beautiful intro, catchy chorus. One of my favourite part of this song is the building to the guitar solo on the bridge, that was EPIC, thumping drum leads the way. It's one of the best nagi's song to be ever graced an anime. The Single version of this song currently has 218 play count on my iTunes.

Third, we move to 青のパレード or Ao no Parade. One of the best song in this album in my opinion. I really couldn't grasp it's genre, but i would call it jazz-pop and a lil' bit swing. All i can grasp that this song is beautiful and reminds me of kind of song ROUND TABLE makes. Everything except the chorus is simple, but the chorus really hit the peak of the song. The pause after the bridge is okay too. And from what i'm hearing... it has a beautiful and fluffy lyrics.

Fourth we have concent, the b-side of Vidro Moyou Single. concent actually has been uploaded by nagi several years ago on her twitter, the demo it is. It has been produced to an extent which makes it really good right now. It's an ambient song with 'power' on the chorus. I just hope you listen to this song using headphone, it's greatness is there.

Fifth, it's helvetica. Another ambient song which is somehow you can relate with nagi the most. It's intro is rather dark but when we move to the chorus it kick off with beats and manipulator which is sets the sound to the whole song. I liked this song, you can hear just every kind of effects out there. I know not many would like this song and prefer concent better, but it's not bad.

Sixth, from the Ending theme of Jormungand S1, Ambivalentidea. I would call this one of the best song ever, not just in nagi's universe, but in the world. I love how epic this song is, everything from the start to the end. It's intro is one of the best ever intro to a song. And the instrumental on the song is just... man how can i say, you should hear it yourself. Was made by bermei.inazawa and i believe all of his song are like this.

Halfway there, we have euaru, the same with the album title. I wonder where did i listen to this kind of song ? nagi's usual pop ante, a simple but nice song. The piano part were so catchy, and reverberates nicely.

Zoetrope fills the eighth spot. The Opening theme of AMNESIA. It's a nice pop-rock tho. Reminds me of Laterality but Zoetrope feels more catchy and likeable for most people (?). I love the divebomb and instrumental part after the 1st chorus, it's just unusual. What i like from this song is i felt several odd part which is pretty good, like that divebombs, and piano. I think as a song this song really give you a hint of Amnesia (the feel of rushing (in a bad / good way)).

Next, we have ラテラリティ or Laterality, from the Ending theme of Jormungand S2. if Zoetrope already makes your ears ringing then Laterality will make your ear bleed, no. Another pop-rock but with driven guitar and really emphasizes on it's guitar. Fast paced it is but it's good as hell. The occasional piano is great, lone bass at verses is good, bass line is nice tho as tho' it's kind of a little bit left out because of the noise the guitar makes. The piano and bass kicks in greatly on the instrumental part before the guitar ends it. Overall it's an awfully nice song.

Next, it's ストレンジアトラクター or Strange Attractor. If you know me, you'll know i'm excited for this song. ストレンジアトラクター is your typical school food punishment song. It's electronic-rock / progressive, but nagi as vocal makes it more piano / keyboard than ever. IT'S THE BEST SONG OF THE ALBUM FOR ME. It's makes me wonder if one of the composer of school food punishment made this song for her or now. The chorus is the best part, and everything. Yeah i really have to point out to people that the chorus is best. 

Eleventh, we got クオリア or Qualia. Another nagi's ambience song. I really like that it's not bass drop that reverberates, but key. Lasts for 6 minutes, the (only) piano part on the verses continued by kicks as a build up is pretty good.

トランスルーセント or Translucent. Everything from the intro to the half of the song is the same, it's a simple but beautiful song, some might not like this song, but it's simplicity makes it good, no over part or anything.

ビードロ模様 or Vidro Moyou, the Ending theme of Ano Natsu de Matteru. Another pop-ambient which is pretty relevant with Ano Natsu's story. It's so simple yet so beautiful, the pace is okay. Nagi whishper singing is at it's best here. Every effect that this music makes is brilliant, one of them is the wind before the chorus, that's awfully nice.

At last, we have 嘘 or uso. Remember what i said before, it's related, the first and the last, we have truth & lies. Another simple song to end the album if you don't listen the 2nd CD.

For the 2nd CD i'll just review three of them, sorry 

First, the 2nd track, 1/2 (One Half) from Rurouni Kenshin / Samurai X anime, man what a nostalgic song from my childhood. Nagi really nailed this song perfectly. Originally a song by Kawamoto Makoto, Nagi and Makoto is a little bit similar, tiny bit okay.

Second, the 3rd track, 恋愛サーキュレーション or Renai Circulation, you probably know this, one of the opening of Bakemonogatari, Nadeko Snake-hen. I still wonder it's still nagi or not, because i really don't know if she could produce sound like that on the fast singing. It's still lovable as before but now it's with better voice with nagi. I'm not saying Hanazawa Kana is bad tho' she's pretty good singer.

Third and the last, the 4th track. light prayer, not from anime but from one of my favourite band, school food punishment. It's really a pleasant surprise to see this is the album, and yeah pleasant to hear too. light prayer is a driven song but not your typical complicated sfp's song. I think Nagi gives this song a little bit a new dimension, because her voice is different with Yumi. There's a glimpse of greatness in this song. I liked it a lot. Talk about the music a bit, the cover didn't include that awfully complicated manip effects instead, here they just make it plain. A little bit under on that actually, but overall it's nice.

Overall : 

10/10

I'm biased tho' towards my review, because i need to like it first to make it. But i think the audience will like the album because it's actually good. I want to give this a 9.8 because they didn't include my favourite Shinshin no Wataridori from AMNESIA single.
