Seriously though, I think the real secret is all about how badly you want it, you know what I mean? Being willing to push yourself through what you never thought you could out of fear. Its been almost a year of sweating, crying and yelling is being put into it but I love going to the gym now so it’s okay lol. The craziest thing is that its not just a physical journey but truly a mental one more then anything else. I miss talking to you though! I need to be more active lol
