👻 …someone my muse considers a best friend. 

In his Tops verse, it’s Randy ( @lepuscor ), West ( @courier2lw ), and Dahlia ( @pstlwhppd ). He feels he can truly count on them, though sometimes finds it difficult to admit how much he’d like to rely on them.

In his Courier verse he’s a bit more openly friendly, but doesn’t count anyone as a close friend. Benny’s close, but it’s Benny.

Haven’t worked in his other verses enough to really get a feel for who he considers a friend, but he thinks Laura ( @lastofthepast ) is pretty cool too.

👪 …someone in my muse’s family.

Gabriel’s only living blood relative is his daughter, Lisa. This is after he unknowingly kills his father after seeing him at a distance in Legion armor. Gabriel’s a sniper who very rarely checks his shots after they go down, so he’ll never know.

She was angry, but not angry enough to be stupid about it. The Dead Horse scout had been wanting out of the picturesque emptiness for years now--maybe she’d grown too large for the river-hollowed canyon, developed a kind of repetition-sickness from cave after cave, bighorner after bighorner. 

The stranger had made her peace here, taken the politics into her own hands. Maybe she could have shaped the land more than the rivers ever had -- but she’d spared the warlord Salt-Upon-Wounds. In time the canyon would fall back into its ways of terror and oppression. 

Walks-With-Smoke rarely thought about politics this deeply. She was barely even old enough to care. But this -- bursting with both missed and open opportunities, she could not ignore. 

She knew the woman was leaving. Back to where she only vaguely knew -- somewhere South, somewhere wartorn. With a literal bite to the inside of her lip to hold in her anger over the spared menace, she approached the blonde stranger, rucksack slung over one shoulder, mind made up.

                      “I want to come with you. Away from here.”

PEOPLE BEING NICE TO HIM.  HE GETS SO NERVOUS??  he’s so unused to being shown warmth/compassion, when people are nice to him he believes they have another motive for doing so.

21. Turning point in their life

Another turning point was when Caesar dismissed Dead Sea’s begging for help in his camp. It showed Dead Sea that Caesar really, really didn’t care for any of the men who put their lives on the line for him and swore loyalty to him.

   steal snuffles from sloan. he finds that mole rat cute in the ugliest way.

   oh boy. ideally, he’d make everyone be a lot less and less often. but on a small scale, he might make general oliver relinquish his post to colonel hsu, because as far as the ncr occupation of the mojave goes, at least colonel hsu shows some sense and consideration for the people involved on both sides. he imagines it would make dealing with the ncr less painless, especially in a turn of events where he opposes their long-running annexation of the mojave. hsu seems open-minded. oliver inarguably deserves to be thrown off hoover dam.

   or make cass stop talking about dicks so much. he’s a real prude.
