on another note; claire still lives in the bungalow court from the first(?) film and offers to help the euromunks earn the money for a trip to canada.

it had been raining for days but the sun just came back out (09.26) so i finished this drawing just in time!

2/3 the second of three! this one i sketched in february, but i didn't finish it until this week (09.01.23). it's also kind of my favorite cause it looks like an actual comic panel ^^

this is a redraw of a very crummy doodle i did in highschool. I like to call it..... Parentification Anonymous. corny. tasteless? perhaps.
DAVID & CLAIRE
DAVE SEVILLE(35) doubles as the MANAGER and GUARDIAN of the Chipmunks and the Chipettes. He’s awkward and short-tempered but his kindness shines through it all.
CLAIRE WILSON(30) is a Celebrity Journalist, turned TALENT AGENT. She makes the change after receiving a strange delivery from England, and meeting the Euromunks.
Finally. Love them. Except for Dave’s headshot, homie looks like Ted(yellow hat). Drawing Claire granted me Endorphins. Dave is his 80′s design with CGI film’s aesthetic(i.e. the brown. he looks Italian.); and Claire is just Cameron Richardson.
This story wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for 10 year old me’s ANGUISH at seeing she had been erased in Squeakquel. Soon after that, I had created the Euromunks, and for years I have been revising the story over and over and over, just trying to make it make sense. I think I’ve finally done it.
