‘Welcome to Eutochi’ - Not quite a paradise.

An illustration I have been working on slowly when I had some free time, this was supposed to stay a light sketch but it got a little out of hand.

Rui visiting Eutochi, the homeworld of my Skyrr species, although I haven’t quite figured out how they would come in contact with humanity yet. I wish Destiny allowed us to visit alien home worlds, it would be so cool to travel outside the system.

For now I imagined maybe Osiris and Saint finally get their wish to explore the universe together, when the Last City is safe and they can afford to risk leaving.

Eutochi is one of several clusters of moons and asteroids orbiting one gas giant, Tenebrion, it’s an ocean world and I talked a bit about them in my previous post here. There’s a few other neighbouring moons; Molitor, Stenoca, and Zophobe. (I’m workshopping my naming system)

It’s quite a distance from Earth, in my documents its currently in a neighbouring galaxy to the Milky Way but I’m certain Guardian technology might be capable of reaching it? I’m certain their allies would assist in building more equipped ships for interstellar travel.

Skyrr sketch sheet! Mostly entirely for fun rather than serving me any practical use, I just really wanted to draw an ‘elder’ Skyrr and some other poses also hit me.

Now that i’m getting into the pre planning for my novel, is Eutochi too plain of a name, haha. I don’t have any grand naming ideas for it yet, i’m sure something will hit me eventually but referring to this entire project as just ‘Eutochi’ gets a little confusing 🤔

Heyyy 👀 College kind of ate up all of my time a little, but as I’ve just finished up my Finals i’m now getting into putting together my DemoReel and portfolio of my current work.

I’ve been slowly sharing some of my progress, but now I’m posting my content to youtube after some adjustments, I recently posted my Final as well.
