Part 3 Was finally able to finish this. "It's locked" refers to the exit. I had another pic but ten picture limit so it's not there. My reaction to see the Boris corpse. I was pretty much just done with Joey (who I still didn't really know anything about) and decided to see if the exit was unlocked. It wasn't. Can there just be a horror game where you go for the exit right away or once the supernatural stuff just begins to happen and you get an achievement like "congrats, you are a normal and sane human being." Someone make it. I will pay you.
