1. The most recent OC I’ve made
I have a bunch of OCs that I’ve recently made or partially made but haven’t actually started playing. I don’t think I can count Karim as an OC because he was made for Skybourne, but I love him dearly and hope to get back to roleplaying him sometime soon in the near future! Otherwise, my most recent OC would have to be David Marquez, who is an OC for a 1x1. He’s a musician and former Navy SEAL before getting recruited by the FBI to work on a case involving some people he used to work for.
17. The easiest OC for me to write (and why!)
The easiest OC for me to write is a tough one. Most of my OCs are really easy to write because I have a really good grasp of who they are and their motivations. Plus, my perceptions of easy OCs and how I’d write certain OCs today has changed, which makes this decision harder. It’d be easier to say who are the harder OCs for me to write and why. I guess my favorite OCs who were the easiest to write are Blair, River, and Rivka.
Blair was the first OC I had that I really got into writing at Edgewood and she had a solid backstory that I got close to exploring. It was a lot of fun to write her witty comebacks and chaotic decisions. I had a good grasp of her motivations, which are travel, do your own shit, and get her revenge.
River was also really easy to write because I got super into the mystery of her character and powers. I was really getting into a darker supernatural rp and figuring out how to make a more unique character. I have a grasp of River that I can’t quite explain.
Rivka is a more recent OC that I wrote for zombie apocalypse rps. She’s a really level-headed and solid character and it was so easy to get into her mind to figure out what she’d do in certain situations. She’s a take no shit, action girl who is still open to helping the world even though it’s not kind to her.
28. A common trait or pattern in my OCs
The most common trait in my OCs is that they’re all involved in art somehow. They usually do drawing, photography, or painting and usually study art in school. Blair, Kira, Quinn, Nico, and Zachary are all involved with art. The next couple of common traits are my OCs playing soccer (Ryder and Karim) or being a computer scientists/hacker (Evelyn, Christina, and River). Another common trait in OCs is a strained relationship with fathers or dead fathers (David, Christina, Zachary, Jacob, Rivka, and Cassandra). I’m not entirely sure where that came from, but I’m trying to stray away from it.
