This is a really pretty wine if you don’t look at it too hard, but with asterisks for those delving deeper. I was hesitant to try because of the “Old-Vine Garnacha” on the incredible linen front label, plus the winery-applied JS91 sticker is something I avoid like the plague. she is the south american goddess of the bakairi indians - the goddess of sleep and ruler of day and night. she stole sleep from the lizards and shared it with all living things. she is also the guardian of the sun, keeping it in a jar to release it each morning and recapture it at night.

Evaki

Al parecer los únicos sueños que voy a cumplir son los que tengo mientras duermo. La vigilia se ha convertido en pesadilla y tormento.

Los días son inertes y las noches oscuras pero en la oscuridad me revelo como fotografía obturada en realidad alternativa.

Sangre química, sueños vesánicos, arrullo de morfeo. Aquí no hay forma de estrellarme, vuelo, me rompo, me desintegro. 

Vuelvo a la vida, muero. Bailo jazz con sombras sin rostro hasta que mi cuerpo muta en otro receptáculo imperfecto.

Mi onírico devaneo, sólo allí te encuentro. Amantes pasajeros que se disuelven a ojos abiertos.

Esperanza, la única que queda es consumirme en sueños. Llévame dulce mano, susurro de estrellas, entrégame al limbo de mi hipnosis perfecta.
