Inside was a satin top hat like Fredbear's, in the boy's size.

The box is taken with a gentleness , something Evan always has really  but especially with gifts, and just as carefully opened. A soft little sniffle, trying to dry his eyes before taking the top hat into his hands. For just a moment once he puts the hat on.....his little eyes light upland he smiles.

I Have you ever found a dead tree that seemed to be old or young and try to revive it?

E: Jared h-he…I uhm…I told him about my ability before my dad sent me away? After our moms died…I sh-showed him using a tree. He said it was cool.

Evan loudly sniffles from his hiding spot underneath the table, curled up in the saddest little ball one might have ever seen. Micheal and his friends had cornered him outside and in trying to run away chaos he managed to cut up his chin and bruise his knee from the fall. 

“I’m f-f-fine.”

Stiff upper lip is hard to keep as his lip quivers and his eyes threaten to open the flood gates again. Probably didn’t help that he was in the dining area, even if the curtains were closed right now, as he wasn’t the biggest animatronic fan.

Evan lightly sniffles, looking at his suit mate with those big sad eyes. Or well what little of his eyes could be seen between his slightly fainter ghostly form and the mess of hair and bandages.

“But C-C-Cassidy….if you're always an-angry then…then you’ll t-t-turn into a sour r-raisin! I….I th-think someone told me th-that once….I th-think.”

He can’t see the face if he thinks about it, blurry like wet chalk drawings, but he remembers very curly sort of blonde hair.

“I don’t w-want you to turn into a r-r-raisin! I at least remember those are t-t-terrible!”

E: I wen’t to see him a-and the family once…on Halloween…it was like he totally forgot about me and quite frankly I would like to forget about him.
