As for context, Aria and Randy have been rivals for a while. They both have powerful music magic and Randy desired the power she had.

In a final attempt to defeat her once and for all, He kidnapped her somewhere he thought nobody would find her, Disguised himself as her, and hypnotized Evan to marry him so he could gain his powers.

Right here we see Aria finally catching him (Having beat up a younger Crusher, Who was the "guard dog" to the wedding).

After ages, I finally created Ulle's dad (and updated her mom's design)! Meet Evan Meadows (Still don't know what his original surname will be but it's okay)

I decided his personality/story would be kinda similar to Prince Naveen's from The Princess and the Frog. He was born in a pretty rich family but his parents cut him off once they realize how spoiled he became.

That was a bit of a wake up call for him and he mellowed out, Especially after meeting Aria and realizing their shared love of music.

He has music magic (Concept created by @bluetorchsky), But uses it in a slightly unconventional way. His "instrument" is a pair of tap dancing shoes. When he was kicked out, He became a bit of a traveling musician/dancer. He especially loved performing with Aria once they got together.

What cuties! It's a shame they're both canonically dead
