Day 17: “I’ll tell you but you’re not going to like it”

Simon had let me help out with building our house. It felt nice being active and not always sitting still reading books. I had made my way to Jasmines place and the first thing I saw when I stepped in was Fafnir being bandaged up and asleep on the sofa. Jasmine sat beside him and her eyes switched to my presence and got a horrified look in her face.

“Why is he injured?” I asked calmly and she started to fidget with her fingers.

“Okay so I might have made a mistake...”

“Just tell me”

“Alright I’ll tell you but you’re not going to like it”

“Shoot” Jasmine to a deep breath before explaining things to me.

“I let him drink soda and he went HAM and started to fly around really fast and bumped in to things so he got himself hurt”

“YOU WHAT”

“It was worse before! Everything was a disaster so I cleaned up but I of course helped Fafnir out after he knocked himself out” I sat myself down on the armchair and looked at them in exhaustion.

“I knew something would go crazy if I leave you two alone. The question was when it would happen” I chuckled.

“I’m sorry”

“It’s alright but don’t ever let him drink soda again please”
